As much as we ensure perfecting all processes being carried out at our hospitals and medical centres, the structure and mechanism of our laboratories is also a part of the system which is accurately looked into since it is directly linked to the outcome of the medical procedures prescribed by the specialized network of doctors we consist of.

In order to maximize the utilization of resources and to avoid unfavourable situations, our laboratories are stocked completely at all given times so that the time, effort and money spent by the patients and their families are all made worthwhile.

To make sure that this service of ours has its presence scattered all around the island, we have established a broad network of branches (30 labs around the country) so that everyone can experience the latest advanced medical analytical methods regardless of where they live

Similar to the steps we have taken to make timely adjustments to our systems according to the incidents faced by customers on national levels such as the pandemics and economic situations, “The Express Lab” was introduced. Express Lab is a mobile laboratory service offered to the clients by Nawaloka Care as a value added service.

It isTo make the service even more convenient for our patients we send laboratory professionals to the patients' home to perform home testing. The samples, after being collected from homes or places of employment, is transported straight to the labs with established safety guidelines. The findings are then communicated to the applicant within hours.
